Shipping policy

Free shipping across India

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value. There are no delivery charges, COD charges or handling fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched from our Ludhiana facility within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Cash on Delivery orders are dispatched after our team confirms the order by WhatsApp or phone.

Delivery takes 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro and tier-1 cities are usually at the faster end of that range. Remote pincodes may take slightly longer, and we'll let you know if that applies to your order.

Deliveries are attempted between 9 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking details by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery attempts

Our courier partner makes up to three delivery attempts. If all three fail, or the address is incorrect or unreachable, the parcel returns to us. For prepaid orders we'll refund you in full once it reaches us.

Damaged or short shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or with items missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. A short unboxing video helps us resolve these fastest. See our Return & Refund Policy for what happens next.

    Which size should I pick?

    Tap Size guide next to Size on any product page. Every chart shows inches and cm.

    Measure your bust and waist, then pick the size that matches or is just a little bigger. Between two sizes? Go one size up, or get it stitched to your measurements.

    Capes are free size, so one size fits all.

    Can you stitch it to my measurements?

    Yes! On the product page, pick your closest size, turn on Stitch it to my measurements and add your measurements in inches.

    Dresses and co-ord sets: ₹100 extra. Cardigans, pullovers, tunics, twinsets and vests: ₹200 extra. Custom-fit orders dispatch in 2–3 days.

    Custom fit is available on prepaid orders only.

    When will my order arrive?

    Shipping is free across India. We dispatch from Ludhiana within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

    Is Cash on Delivery available?

    Yes, with no COD charges. Our team confirms COD orders on WhatsApp or a call before dispatch.

    Pay online instead and get 5% extra off, applied at payment.

    Where is my order?

    Tracking details come by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also log in to your account to see your order.

    Can I return or exchange?

    Yes, within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

    Log in, open your order and tap Request return, or WhatsApp us. You can exchange for another size or a style of equal value.

    Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong.

    My item arrived damaged or wrong

    So sorry about that! WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll arrange a free pickup and a full refund or replacement.

    How do I cancel my order?

    You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. WhatsApp us your order number as soon as possible. Once shipped, the order can be returned under our return policy.
